Friday night called for drinks at the palace! Especially since we haven’t had people over since my two new flatties have moved in. Drinks call for platters. And you cannot have a platter without my favourite salmon dip!

The Best Guacamole Recipe Ever!
This is hands down the best tasting guacamole! I make it every time we have friends over for drinks – it goes great with corn chips. It is also a great accompaniment for a Mexican feast. Yum yum yum!
