This is my all time favourite slice. I’ve loved it since high school. Back then I would regularly purchase a piece from the tuck shop if I could rake together enough coinage. Who knows why it is called magic slice, but there is no denying that it is simply delicious. The only problem when you bake it is that  you want to devour it all.

Wellington On a Plate was made for me. Two weeks of the year when you don’t have to feel bad about eating out everyday and trying to engulf as many burgers and fries as possible. Basically, Wellington On a Plate (WOAP) is a food festival where many of the best restaurants put forward a two or three course menu accompanied with a matched beverage. Many restaurants also enter the Burger Wellington competition.
